Abstract

The objective of this study is to propose and compare three methods of production process control that are voluntarily simple to implement on a machine. A mathematical formulation of the “sequence” type is used to model each method. An experimental validation is then carried out on the principle of launching a pre-production consisting of five parts machined and measured consecutively. A graphical analysis makes it possible to compare the different methods proposed and makes it possible to show the interest of the Bayesian weighted adjustment method.
