Abstract

The paper considers the thermal stability of tantalum coatings on TiNi (titanium nickelide or nitinol) used in medicine (especially in endovascular surgery) and having their own characteristics. A method is proposed to control magnetron sputtered tantalum film coatings on titanium nickelide — a method of photometric analysis of structural images (PASI).
