Abstract
Economic units of resort and spa (recreational) sphere are budget-forming ones for southern region of Russian Federation. Development prospects for business activity investment at the mentioned area are determined by various factors that must be taken into account in modelling process either conditions of resort and spa sphere year-round functioning. Analytical estimation can be based on multivariate modelling of different investment and reinvestment decisions with differential equations applying.
