Abstract
Inclusive methodologies are strategies that aim to insert students into the educational community, especially those groups most at risk of exclusion, thus exercising the right to quality education, just like other students. When referring to higher education, this is not the exception, since inclusion is based on the legal regulations that protect them. This research was carried out with the objective of investigating what is the inclusive methodology applied by the teaching staff of the Social Work career of the Technical University of Manabí, to teach their classes aimed at students with disabilities. The study subjects were twelve teachers of the Career, for which qualitative-quantitative, descriptive, analytical, and bibliographic research was applied. For the development of the research, the survey technique was used, likewise, for its correct application, the survey guide was used, which in this case was applied to the teachers. Through this research, it was possible to obtain relevant information, fulfilling the proposed objective and improving the inclusive methodologies that made it possible to eliminate the discrimination gap against all people regardless of their race, nationality, religion, sex, any situation of mobilization, physical disability or Anyone that affects the sensory and cognitive processes, with respect to these results obtained, it was possible to verify that teachers are currently in constant training, in order to implement good teaching to their students with special needs.
