LATIFUNDIOS, REFORMA AGRARIA Y ESTRUCTURA DE LA PROPIEDAD EN LOS CONTEXTOS ARROCEROS SEVILLANOS

Abstract

Este artículo trata de presentar datos sobre la estructura de la propiedad del arrozal sevillano. Para conseguir este propósito elabora un mapa histórico y conceptual sobre la temática. La actuación de las distintas compañías colonizadoras y las instituciones franquistas otorgan fundamento a la estructura de la propiedad que está presente en la actualidad. Se ofrecen datos sobre la concentración de la propiedad en el contexto arrocero mediante la elaboración de varios índices de Gini.

 This paper is aiming at showing relevant data about the structure of land property of Seville rice fields. It develops a histo­rical and conceptual map of the key sub­ject in order to reach this purpose. The implementations carried out by several “colonizer” companies and Franco’s institutions laid the social foundations of the property structure as it is nowadays. Certain relevant data about how the properties are concentrated in the rice fields’ context are offered in this paper, by processing several Gini indexes.
