Abstract
Home training is advancing as a non-face-to-face environment has recently been created. Among them, I found out that many students of our school bought a lot of console (Physical Interactive Sport Serious) game machines and played for diet. This study focuses on checking whether a console (Physical Interactive Sport Serious) game has a practical exercise effect and what factors are affected. Twenty female students in their twenties at our school consisted of a control group (n=10 students) and an experimental group (n=10 students), and experimented for 40 minutes every day for 8 weeks. The exercise program consisted of a Nintendo Ring Fit Adventure game, and changes in body weight, body fat, and muscles were measured based on pre- and post-tests. As a result of this study, the results were positive for body weight and body fat, but did not have a significant effect on muscle mass. Through this, the elements and directions for the effect are to be presented.
