Abstract

The purpose of the present study was to determine the difference between genders in organizational role stress. The Organizational Role Stress Scale was administered to 60 (30 men and 30 women) working professionals between the ages of 21and 60 through purposive sampling procedures. Ten stressors of role stress were assessed using the scale ORS. Independent samples t-test was used to calculate the data, and hypotheses were tested using p-value. The results showed that there were no gender differences among professionals.
