Abstract

Tularemi, Francisella tularensisin neden olduğu zoonotik bir hastalıktır. Ülseroglandüler, glandüler, oküloglandüler, orofaringeal, intestinal, pnömonik ve tifoidal formlarda hastalık tablolarına neden olabilir. Bu yazıda kliniğimize sol preseptal selülit tanısıyla başvuran bir hastayı değerlendirdik. Tedaviye rağmen şikayetleri devam ettiğinden ve bir hafta sonra sol parotis, submandibuler ve servikal bölgede ağrısız lenfadenopatiler geliştiğinden yapılan immunofloresan yöntemiyle tularemi tanısı kondu.

Tularemia is a zoonotic disease which Francisella tularensis, takes role in the etiopathogenesis. Tularemia disease can be seen in ulceroglandular, glandular, oculoglandular, orpharyngeal, intestinal pneumonic and typhoidal forms. In this report, we evaluated a case who appealed to our clinic with the diagnosis of left preseptal cellulitis. As her complaints kept going and painless lymphadenopathies occured at the left parotis, submandibular and cervical region after medication in a weeks time, tularemia was diagnosed with the method of immunofleurosaine.
