Abstract
From the point of organizational identification——one dimension of organizational climate, this paper explored the effect of organizational identification on university librarian's innovation behavior. Through the combination of relevant theories and research results, together with interviews from experts, it proposed measuring scale of organizational identification and librarian innovation behavior, dividing organizational identification into four dimensions, including organizational recognition, organizational belonging, leadership recognition and workmate relationship;and librarian innovation behavior into three dimensions, including idea generation, idea promotion and idea implementation. Taking librarians in different universities as subjects, together with questionnaire and SPSS, AMOS software analysis, it found that organizational belonging and workmate relationship had a significant path coefficient with librarian innovation behavior, workmate relationship had the greatest impact on innovation behavior, leadership recognition and organizational recognition had the notable path coefficient with organizational belonging and workmate relationship.
