Mapeamento de resíduos em projeto atitude e comportamento dos projetistas para adoção de projetos sustentáveis

Abstract

A construção civil é um dos setores que mais produzem resíduos; podendo atingir volumes de geração próximos a 50% em massa dos resíduos sólidos urbanos. No entanto; a sua existência está ligada; muitas vezes a falhas de projeto; sendo necessário; portanto; estudar os pontos críticos para minimizar a sua produção. O presente estudo teve como objetivo a realização de uma pesquisa na cidade do Recife (PE) para avaliar a perspectiva; as atitudes e comportamentos de projetistas com relação as principais causas e origens dos resíduos de construção (RCC) em projetos. Esta pesquisa envolveu uma amostra populacional de 11 projetistas de diferentes empresas; utilizando questionários; a fim de entender o perfil dos profissionais; seus requisitos na concepção dos trabalhos e a relação com as causas que interferem na geração dos resíduos em projeto. Os resultados demonstraram; em geral; que os projetistas não compreendem a influência do projeto na produção de resíduos. Dentre outros; fatores como a incompatibilidade entre projetos; a limitação de tempo e o desinteresse por parte das empresas e clientes foram apontados como causadores. Concluiu-se que faltam políticas de incentivo as quais visem modificar este cenário para reduzir a geração do RCC desde o projeto.

Civil construction is one of the sectors that produce the most waste; and can reach generation volumes close to 50% by mass of urban solid waste. However; its existence is linked; often to design failures; and therefore it is necessary to study the critical points to minimize its production. The objective of this study was to conduct a research project in the city of Recife (PE) to evaluate the perspective; attitudes and behaviors of designers with respect to the main causes and origins of construction waste (CCW) in projects. This research involved a population sample of 11 designers from different companies; using questionnaires; in order to understand the profile of the professionals; their requirements in the design of the works and the relationship with the causes that interfere in the generation of waste in the project. The results showed; in general; that the designers do not understand the influence of the project in the production of waste. Among others; factors such as the incompatibility between projects; the limitation of time and the lack of interest on the part of the companies and clients were pointed out as causes. It was concluded that incentive policies are lacking which aim to modify this scenario to reduce the CCW generation from the project
