Abstract

[...]ischemic optic neuropathy (ION) was excluded. Fundus autofluorescence (FAF) of right eye showed multiple hyper-autofluorescent dots with corresponding ellipsoid zone (EZ) disruption on optical coherence tomography (OCT) (Figure 1A), which was consistent with Multiple Evanescent White Dot Syndrome (MEWDS).
