Abstract
Two undescribed furanones (1-2) were isolated from Coptisdeltoidea rhizome. HRESIMS, NMR and ECD calculations were used to ascertain their structures. Based on the inflammation cell model of RAW264.7 macrophage which induced by lipopolysaccharides (LPS), RNA-Seq was used to reveal the biological activity of 1.
