At present, the construction of distinctive databases is developing vigorously in China’s colleges and universities. Zhejiang puts more investment into the construction of the distinctive resources and digital resources in its colleges and universities to build up the brand name of “Education Zhejiang” and “Culture Zhejiang”. This thesis combs out the construction of the distinctive databases in Zhejiang Academic Digital Libraries（ZADL）, makes an analysis into it and puts forward its establishing Countermeasure.
