A Discipleship Model to Strengthen the Spiritual Lives of the Deacons of the Congregación Cristiana Soli Deo Gloria

Abstract

The goal of this research project is to develop a model for discipleship that encourages and strengthens the spiritual lives of the deacons of the Congregación Cristiana Soli Deo Gloria. The idea is to focus on the need for specific training that is based on theological and biblical foundations for spiritual growth. The director of this project led the participants in training sessions that combined practical and theoretical elements that are needed to improve the spiritual life. The training sessions can be used in other churches regardless of their geographical location.
