Abstract

While lesions with intraductal extension > 10 mm, friability, or ulceration should be preferentially considered for surgical resection, there is no consensus regarding a size threshold above which EP should not be attempted [1]. Here, we examine the feasibility of a modified ESD method as an alternative modality in the resection of PAs. 2. The study protocol (NFEC-2017-164) was approved by the Institutional Review Board at Nanfang Hospital.
