Ordu İlinde Yetiştirilen Beyaz Dut Tiplerinin (Morus alba) Meyve Özelliklerinin Belirlenmesi

Abstract

Ordu ilinde 2016-2017 yıllarında yürütülen bu çalışmada seçilen beyaz dut tiplerinin bazı meyve özelliklerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Tiplerin meyve ağırlığı 0.89-3.41 g, meyve suyu randımanı %16.22-58.09, suda çözünebilir kuru madde miktarı %10.44-20.60, titre edilebilir asit miktarı %0.13-0.30 ve meyvedeki çekirdek sayısı 5.10-23.19 adet arasında değiştiği tespit edilmiştir. Çalışmada genotipler sofralık, kurutmalık, pekmezlik ve meyve suyu sanayiinde kullanıma uygun olmak üzere 4 farklı değerlendirme şekline göre değiştirilmiş tartılı derecelendirmeye tabi tutularak ümitvar tipler seçilmiştir. Yapılan değerlendirme sonucunda 14 adet beyaz dut tipi içerisinden, 2 adet dut tipi dört farklı değerlendirme şekline göre ümitvar tip olarak tespit edilmiştir. 1 adet dut tipi pekmezlik, 1 adet dut tipi kurutmalık ve 3 adet dut tipi ise hem pekmezlik hem de kurutmalık kullanıma uygun ümitvar dut tipi olarak belirlenmiştir.

This study was conducted in Ordu Province between 2016 and ears. The study aimsdetermine ed scharacteristicssticthe mulberry (Morus alba) types that were selected in the study. Among the selected types, fruit weight was 0.89–3.41 g, fruit juice yield was 16.22–58.09%, the amount of total soluble solids was 10.44–20.60%, the titratable acid contents were 0.13–0.30%, and the number of seeds was 5.10–23.19. In the study, promising types were selected by subjecting the types to a modified weighted rating method according to four different evaluations suitable for use in the fresh, dried, pekmez, and fruit juice industry. As a result of the evaluation, among 14 white mulberry types, two were determined to be promising according to four different evaluation methods. 1 mulberry type pekmez, 1 mulberry type dried, and 3 mulberry types were determined to be promising mulberry types suitable for both pekmez and dried use.
