Sağlık Yönetimi Öğrencilerinin Yeşil Yönetim ve Sürdürülebilirlik Algısının İncelemesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, saglik yönetimi öǧrencilerinin yeşil yönetim ve sürdürülebilirlik kavramlarına ilişkin çaǧrışımlarının araştırılmasıdır. Ayrıca, öǧrencilerle yarı yapılandırılmış görüşmeler yapılarak açık uçlu sorular sorulmuş bu soruların cevapları ana başlıklar altında birleştirilerek yorumlanmış ve metaforik incelemeler yapılmıştır. Son olarak öǧrencilerden görüşmelere gelirken ilgili çalışmanın öǧrencilerde uyandırdıǧı fikirlere yönelik fotoǧraflamaya dayalı görseller (fotoǧraflar) getirilmesi istenerek bu fotoǧraflar kapsamındaki öykülemeler (metinler) oluşturulmuştur. Sustainability' The aim of this study is to investigate the associations of health management students with the concepts of green management and sustainability. In this study, green management and sustainability concepts were researched, semi-structured interviews were conducted with students, and open-ended questions were asked. The answers to these questions were combined under main headings and interpreted. Metaphorical examinations were conducted, and finally, students were asked to bring visuals (photographs) based on the ideas that the relevant study aroused in them while coming to the interviews, and stories (texts) related to these photographs were created. The information provided by students on recycling activities, which is an important theme they touched on in terms of sustainability, was examined, and it was concluded that their knowledge level on this subject was
