Abstract

Lupus vulgaris (LV), the most common cutaneous TB form, is a progressive and chronic disease that often occurs in individuals previously exposed to TB. Diagnosis is confirmed through clinical evaluation and histopathological examination, with treatment based on a quadruple anti-tuberculosis regimen.
