Abstract
The shift toward public transport has become essential for sustainable urban development; enhancing the convenience and comfort of users. As a modern urban public transportation, the metro/urban rail rapid system has many advantages such as mass transit with large capacity, fast speed, green and energy saving. Improving the connection of metro stations is the key to attracting passengers to achieve sustainable development. To meet the demand for the strategy to evolve in line with its socio-economic development, Hanoi has promoted the urban rail transit system, and the comprehensive development of stations will change urban citizens' travel lifestyles.
