Abstract

Plain radiographs showed posterior shoulder dislocation with a bone defect of the anteromedial humeral head on the left side and multiple fragmented proximal humerus fracture with posterior dislocation on the right side. If the reduction is stable throughout a functional range of rotation usually in a patient with a dislocation accompanied by a small humeral head defect occupying [1] The shoulder is in its most stable position when it is in neutral forward elevation and external rotation.
