Abstract

This research is carried out to investigate whether there is a relationship between the occupational exhaustion levels of teachers working in primary and secondary education by gender,marital status number of teachers who worked at the school,age and the duration of professional seniority in Agri/Patnos. The research is carried out on 200 primary and secondary school teachers who worked in Agri/Patnos. The research is descriptive type made by using screening method. Maslach Exhaustion Inventory and Personal Information Form is used as data collection and were analyzed using a statistical program for data analysis. The data obtained from the research are tested by t-test and ANOVA. According to the survey, the levels of occupational exhaustion of teachers by gender differ 0.05. The levels of occupational exhaustion of teachers by the number of teachers who worked at at the school differentiate 0.05. The levels of occupational exhaustion by marital status, age and professional seniority differ at the level of 0.05. [PUBLICATION ABSTRACT]
