INTRODUCTION
Some studies of chest X-ray findings in Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia (MPP) have reported the inner-middle zone predominance of the abnormalities and less air-bronchogram in consolidation in MPP. More detailed characteristic findings have been reported in the studies of CT, however, these findings have not been studied. In addition, it has been known that the most parts of the inner-middle zone of the lung are served by the lateral bronchus branched from axial pathways of bronchial tree.
