Two men and 1 woman, aged between 23-37 years, developed ischaemic stroke following treatment with amfetamine/ dexamfetamine [dextroamphetamine] or lisdexamfetamine. Out of the two men, one developed ischaemic stroke on lisdexamfetamine treatment [time to reactions onsets and outcomes not stated].
