Abstract

Security levels in data administration are determined by applying a survey to a sample of the personnel and, based on it, the level of maturity is calculated and the respective statistical indicators are presented. Keywords: Data management; services and support (DS); IT governance; security management. 1.Introducción La importancia que las tecnologías de la información (TI) poseen en el desarrollo de la sociedad moderna aumenta exponencialmente (Harris, 2017) (Wang, Zhang & Chen, 2008). Una de ellas es COBIT (Control Objectives Control Objectives for Information and related Technology), un modelo para el gobierno de las TI presentado por la ISACA (Information Systems Audit and Control Association) y el ITGI (IT Governance Institute).
