Abstract Through the application of bio-organic fertilizer on Chuanzhuo 16, the results showed that the yield could reach 185.23 kg in treatment with bio-organic fertilizer, 40.22 kg more than the conventional fertilization, and the yield increase rate reached up to 27.7%.

Bio-organic fertilizer refers to slow-release fertilizer containing a large amount of animal and plant residues, excrement, biological waste and other substances. Application of bio-organic fertilizer can not only provide the plant with comprehensive nutrition, but also has the advantages of long effective fertilizer efficiency, conditioning soil, activating the active rate of soil microorganism, overcoming soil compaction, increasing soil aeration, improving physical and chemical properties of soil, enhancing soil water and fertilizer retaining capacities and fertilizer supplying capacity. At the same time, the advantageous bacteria formed in the crop root system can inhibit the multiplication of harmful pathogens, enhance the ability of anti-disease and disease resistance of crops and reduce the disease index of continuous cropping crops. The continuous application can greatly alleviate the continuous cropping obstacle. After applying bio-organic fertilizer, Chuanzhu 16 showed good growth vigor, and economic indicators and other indicators were good. According to ramie planting technical requirements, we should make full use of bio-organic fertilizer to activate the soil, fertilize soil fertility, so as to achieve high yield, increase resistance and reduce the amount of fertilizer application amount.
Materials and Methods
Test plots overview
The test was conducted in the experimental base of Dazhou Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Shihe Town of Dazhu County, Mingyue Township of Xuanhan County, a total of 3 test sites. The preceding crop was rape. And the test plots were sandy loam with medium fertility and uniform soil fertility, soil pH value of 6.1, medium organic matter content, no trees and livestock hazards in the surroundings, flat field surface and well-connected furrows in the fields. The test area had a total area of 0.4, 0.13 hm2 for each plot. The test lasted for 3 years.
