Abstract

[...]it is essential that the educational content provided through online education platforms fully meet their educational purpose. In this descriptive research, an instrument was applied to 141 university students to measure their affective experience when receiving personalized feedback and instructions. The results obtained show on average that at least 85% of the students report satisfaction with the educational support received when it is consistent with their learning preference or emotional state.
