Abstract
El presente capitulo permea el nivel de marginacion de la poblacion, afluencia de visitantes y fragilidad ecologica de los recursos naturales presentes dentro de la bahia de Altata y Navolato, como determinantes para el desarrollo de nuevos proyectos con fines turistico – recreativos en la zona. Encuentra pertinente evaluar la potencialidad de los recursos y atractivos existentes, a la luz de potenciales atractivos turisticos sostenibles que permitan generar una diversificacion economica sin elevar el deterioro ambiental que actualmente se esta presentando. Finalmente, da a conocer los resultados de la aplicacion de una metodologia de evaluacion cualitativa de los recursos de Altata, Navolato, encaminada a desarrollar un producto turistico de bajo impacto enfocado en actividades de turismo alternativo.
