This book is meant for a first course in corporate finance. It covers the requisite topics in a complete fashion and it contains the usual supplemental materials, such as test banks, customized tests, PowerPoint presentation notes and transparencies for the instructor, and lecture notes for the students. Where it excels is in the presentation of the material and in the extra supplements that allow for a multimedia exploration of the subject material.
Presentation of the material. The book uses sound principles of effective teaching that should coax even the most reticent nonfinance major into an appreciation and understanding of the problems and possible solutions facing the financial manager.
