Sonora's Marvin Shurley to Serve as First Vice President, Lee Puckitt of San Angela as Second Vice President
Lee Bloodworth of Sonora was elected president of Texas Sheep and Goat Raisers Association at its 93rd annual convention in Kerrville, Texas, July 19. Bloodworth is a fourth generation Sutton County ranchman. His great-grandfather, B. M. Halbert, was the second president of the Texas Sheep & Goat Raisers' Association. Active in Sonora civic affairs, Lee is an endowed member of the Masonic Lodge and a past Master of Laredo Lodge No. 547 in Laredo and the Dee Ora Lodge No. 715 in Sonora. He has been a member of the Texas Sheep and Goat Raisers Assoc. for 30 years and a director since 1990.
