A 45-year-old woman experienced linear IgA bullous dermatitis after treatment with an analgesic containing butalbital, caffeine and propyphenazone [Optalidon] for headache and exposure to ultraviolet radiation.
The woman presented with severe erythema and pruritic bullous lesions after 3 days of sun exposure. Initially confined to sun-exposed areas, they spread to the palms and soles 4 days later, and to the face, trunk and extremities on...
