CAHİT SITKI TARANCI’NIN ‘ROBENSON’ VE ‘BEN ÖLECEK ADAM DEĞİLİM’ ŞİİRLERİNDE METİNLERARASILIK

Abstract

Yazınsal metinler, resim ve müzikten mimariye geniş bir yelpazeye yayılan yapıtların çözümlemesinde kullanılan metinlerarasılık, bir yapıtta daha önceki yapıtlardan alıntı, parça, taklit veya izler bulma anlamına gelir. Metinlerarasılığa dayanan bir çözümleme, yapıtın öncülleriyle karşılaştırılması- na olanak tanıyarak, metinde kodlanmış zengin mesajları açığa çıkarmaya yardımcı olur. Bu noktadan hareketle bu çalışma, Cahit Sıtkı Tarancı’nın, ‘Robenson’ ve ‘Ben Ölecek Adam Değilim’, adlı şiirlerini metinlerarasılık bağlamında incelemektedir. Çalışmanın amacı metinlerarasılığın şiir çözümlemelerine katacağı yorum ve yöntem zenginliğini gözler önüne sermektir. Bu iki şiir bağlamında şiirlerde kullanılan metinlerarasılık yöntemlerinden gönderge ve anıştırma üzerinde durulmakta, ilkine esin kaynağı olan ve sonrakinde bahsedilen Daniel Defoe’nun Robinson Crusoe adlı romanından yapılan dönüştürmelere dikkat çekilmektedir.

Intertextuality used in the analysis of various works ranging from the literary texts, painting and music to architecture means to find extracts, pieces, imitations or marks from the previous works in a text. An analysis depending on intertextuality gives opportunity for comparing and contrasting the text with its predecessors and reveals the rich messages coded in the text. From this point of view, this study examines two poems ‘Robenson’ and ‘Ben Ölecek Adam Değilim’ (I am not a person who will die) written by Cahit Sıtkı Tarancı, in view of intertextuality. The aim of the study is to display the wealth of interpretation and the method intertextuality may contribute to the poem analysis. In the context of these two poems, the intertextuality ways reference and allusion used in the poems are tackled and the attention is drawn to the transformations made from the novel Robinson Crusoe written by Daniel Defoe which is the inspiration source of the former and mentioned in the latter.
