Reason to Buy/Read: Those of you awaiting the third installment of William Manchester's spectacular Churchill biography will probably find it ludicrous that Broehl apparently thinks Cargill also needs three volumes to chronicle its story. It's very difficult to just pick up this book and read it since it pointedly begins where the author's last book left off (when John MacMillan Jr., the third CEO in 95 years, died) and screeches to a halt arbitrarily in the 1970s with...
