Abstract
A Girl with Abdominal Pain and Bloody Diarrhea
A 16-year-old girl was admitted with abdominal pain and bloody diarrhea of 5 weeks’ duration. Colonoscopy revealed multiple friable lesions in the sigmoid colon. A diagnostic test was performed.
