A 17-year-old girl developed CNS depression, including coma, mental and behavioural disorders, tachycardia, nausea and vomiting, focal-motor-onset epilepsy, cardiovascular collapse and respiratory depression secondary to intoxication following abuse of chlorpromazine, clonazepam and tramadol overdose [exact quantities not specified].
The girl experienced seizures six times at home (in Indonesia), which lasted for about 5-10 minutes, accompanied by with altered consciousness, nausea and vomiting. She was rushed to a hospital. Three hours prior to the occurrence of the seizure, she was known to have ingested illicit drugs, including chlorpromazine, clonazepam and an overdose of tramadol, along with a fake, illegal alcohol beverage at a recreational party at the nightclub where she was employed.
