A 72-year-old man developed agitation, confusion, behaviour changes, pain in head and neck, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, mental status deterioration and refractory hypotension following interaction between and overdose of cilostazol and tamsulosin [dosages and indications not stated].
The man presented to the emergency department, five hours post-ingestion after he admitted to his grandson that he had overdosed on his cilostazol and tamsulosin. His medication also included metformin. He was well initially, with a glucose of 222, BP of 101/63 and heart rate of 96 [not all...
