Purpose of the job: Provide financial planning information to current and perspective graduate theological students; coordinate all aspects of the student financial assistance programs including but not limited to Federal Title IV student aid, California Graduate Fellowships, Institutional Scholarships, alternative scholarship resources and on and off-campus employment opportunities in order to maximize student enrollment. Responsible for ensuring CST compliance with the varied and increasing requirements of the US Government's Higher Education Act. Ensure the communication and coordination of these requirements, as well as mandatory reporting, on the institutions behalf. Participate in and contribute to institutional goal of achieving integrated student services; work effectively with colleagues in other student services offices in a variety of ways to ensure student success, in keeping with Department of Education guidelines. Manage staff and department.
