Abstract

On May 11, 1995 the House of Lords reversed the Court of Appeal's decision in "Page vs Smith" and held that the "eggshell skull" doctrine applies to any injuries that can be proved to have been suffered by a "primary" accident victim because the defendant's breach of duty.
