The sixteen essays that constitute the present volume were originally short papers delivered at a conference on the Epistle to the Hebrews and Christian Theology held at the University of St Andrews in the summer of 2006. Each essay is concerned with some aspect of the theology of the epistle viewed in its ancient historical context. The volume is well edited, handsomely produced, and outrageously expensive.
