The title comes from the vision of Ernesto Cortes, Jr., who explains the way he and his neighborhood organizations work: "We try to get people in touch with their own anger. Anger that comes out of a concern for people that is discipline and mature. What we mean by anger is being your brother's keeper. It means building a new community."
