Abstract
The underpinning argument of this research goes into the origins of the misunderstandings within organizations, hence the interest on deepening the research on organizational culture backgrounds, especially when cooperation between different cultures is at stake. Our argument, developed on Hall theory of high/low context within organizational culture, stands for a new way of economic thinking from an anthropologic perspective, taking into account differences on the level of communicational style and cultural features between different countries. A familiar account of the current pitfalls of organizational culture underlines the poor knowledge regarding other cultures contextual overview. Nor were these problems of recent origin; they were rooted in deep origins of one country's people. Considering the evidence analyzed in this paper work, this approach of different organizational cultures through communicational features puts forward new highlights of economic thought over nature of organization. Examples of Romania and Russia are presented.

Aim of this paper research
I argue that different communicational features based on high/low context cultures extend a constant pressure between economic cooperation and might be considered a common cause of pitfalls of international cooperation. Our aim is to analyze, evaluate and explain cultural features in Romania and Russia. From contextual perspective, this research might contribute to transcultural and international organizational outcomes, to new highlights in understanding cultural differences between Romanian and Russian culture, better management regarding limits of international cooperation.

There are two examples which can sustain the idea of context. The first example belongs to Hall (1976: 86) as the author of the concept, the second belongs to the authors of this paper. Both of them are related to military activities involving computers and artificial intelligence as generally speaking. In Hall's example is presented the United States government initiative to develop...
