Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the municipal management and interpret the conception of development in the District Municipality of Cayma. The methodology consists of fieldwork, using semi-structured interviews with ten municipal managers of Cayma, through open-ended questions, taking the head of office or manager in charge for each selected area; who will remain anonymous for ethical and possible political, labor, and personal implications. [...]a survey with closed-ended questions was applied to one hundred and eighty inhabitants from different sectors of the district, to develop a diagnosis of communication between the municipality and the population of Cayma, which will guide the participant observation applied in this research.
