A 32-year-old woman developed cerebral haemorrhage and cerebral infarction secondary to Listeria monocytogenesassociated cerebral abscess during treatment with dexamethasone and prednisone [routes and duration of treatments to reactions onsets not stated]; she was started on dexamethasone during pregnancy.
The woman was diagnosed with antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) in 2014 after having episode of deep vein thrombosis and persistent lupus anticoagulant. Her anticoagulation therapy was changed to low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) [specific drug not stated]. She became pregnant in 2015. At gestation week 25, she presented with epigastric pain.
