Heribert Schmitz, Die Liturgie-Instruktion Redemptionis Sacramentum von 2004: Kirchenrechtliche Anmerkungen zum Erlaß der Kongregation für Gottesdientst und die Sakramentenordnung vom 25. It would serve well as a tool for further canonical research on the Instruction and, more generally, on the still-developing praxis curiae with respect to the kinds and weight of norms found in an Instruction. RS, though only a document of executive power, has many features in common with a legislative text.
