Dijital Dönüşüm Araçlarından Web Tabanlı Yazılımların Tesis Çalışanlarının Performanslarına Etkisi: Apsiyon Yazılımı Örneği

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın hedefi dijital dönüşüm sürecinde işletmelerin sıklıkla her alanda kullanma olanağı bulduğu web tabanlı yazılımların tesis çalışanlarının örneği üzerinden kullanıma karşı tutumları ve performanslarına etkisini ölçmektir. Araştırmada veri toplama yöntemi olarak anket uygulamasına dayalı bir çalışma yapılmış, tesis yönetimi konusunda alanında lider yazılımlardan biri olan Apsiyon Yazılımı kullanan tesis çalışanlarından oluşan 153 kişinin katılımı ile elde edilen veriler bir istatistik programında belirli ölçekler kullanılarak korelasyon ve regresyon analizlerine tabi tutulmuştur. Anket verilerinin analizinden elde edilen sonuçlardan web tabanlı yazılım kullanan tesis ve çalışanlarının performansının büyük ölçüde olumlu etkilendiği, tesis çalışanların yetkinleşmesine de ciddi katkı sağladığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Çalışma salt web tabanlı yazılımların tesis çalışanlarının performansını ve yetkinliğini ne kadar etkilediği üzerinde odaklanarak ve özel sektörden elde ettiği verileri analize tabi tutarak spesifik bir konuda literatüre katkıda bulunmaktadır.

The aim of this study is to measure the effect of web-based software, which businesses often have the opportunity to use in every field during the digital transformation process, on the usage competence and performance of facility employees. In the research, a survey was conducted as a data collection method, and the data obtained with the participation of 153 people, consisting of facility employees who use Apsiyon Software, one of the leading software in the field of facility management, were subjected to correlation and regression analyzes using certain scales in a statistical program. From the results obtained from the analysis of the survey data, it was concluded that the performance of the facility employees using web-based software was greatly affected, and it contributed significantly to the competence of the facility employees. The study contributes to the literature on a specific topic by focusing on how web-based software affects the performance and competence of facility employees, and by analyzing data obtained from the private sector.
