A 48-year-old woman developed sinus bradycardia and two episodes of asystole during treatment with dimethyl sulfoxide.
The woman presented with subarachnoid haemorrhage due to a ruptured anterior communicating artery aneurysm. A DSA was performed, which showed a dural arteriovenous fistula (dAVF).
