A 50-year-old man developed hyponatraemia seizure secondary to syndrome of inappropriate antidiuretic hormone during therapy with donepezil/memantine [route not stated].
The man with alcoholic dependence syndrome, psychosis and pulmonary TB was hospitalised with the complaints of walking in sleep, wandering away and reduced sleep for the last three weeks. He was diagnosed with mental and behavioural disorder. Due to the persistence of the symptoms, dementia was suspected.
