A 52-year-old woman developed perinuclear anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies (P-ANCA) multiorgan vasculitis during treatment with durvalumab for adenocarcinoma of the right lung.
The woman, who had adenocarcinoma of the right lung, had undergone right lower lobectomy and treatment with cisplatin/ vinorelbine, radiotherapy and durvalumab [route and dosage not stated].
