Abstract. This paper presents possible aspects of energy-efficient equipment installed on engineering systems to enhance their productivity. In a research of relevance, the author brings forth final findings based on each result obtained by production members concerning the possibility of increasing the general effectiveness of a business operation. This study considered the issues of factor and expert assessments to introduce innovations to enterprises and facilitate the economic evaluation of the position and role of energy-efficient technologies in modernizing production enterprises. Given the high costs of energy used in production and the significant energy intensity of present-day production, the issue of energy conservation and the necessity of considerable investment in energy efficiency projects by enterprises have become major concerns. Reduction of production cost is one of the most important criteria for effective competition and increasing productivity of an enterprise in modern conditions. This study evaluates the complex process of energy conservation with emphasis on all investment dimensions including economic, technical, ecological, organizational, commercial, etc. This research conducts a cost-to-use analysis of personally developed systems of energy conservation.

1.Introduction
Usually, to find the best measure for energy conservation, effectiveness of available related measures and methods is analyzed. Energy conservation measures require a significant amount of investment. Besides, the effectiveness of energy conservation measures is evaluated by a number of financial indicators of an enterprise's operation, particularly net cost. Thus, selection of optimum energy conservation means for increasing an enterprise's energy efficiency is a multipleoption task that requires efficient evaluation criteria.
Since modern production enterprises are resource constrained, the need for modeling investment consequences and substantiating each selection criterion is deeply felt. It should be noted that energy efficiency is predominantly defined in technology itself and in the opportunity to invest in the processes of energy consumption. Therefore, in order to pinpoint the economic efficiency of energy conservation measures, a number of related factors corresponding to conservation systems,
i.e., enhancement of efficiency in the energy context of engineering services and facilities, are defined. In this regard, this...
