Abstract

ABSTRACT The research proposes the design and application of a career guidance program to improve the professional project and personal branding, to provide empirical evidence of its effectiveness in the employability of a group of psychologists and educators, postgraduate students, from an institution of higher education. The data of the analysis of general linear models of repeated measures (MLG), the t-tests for related samples and d Cohen give rise to significant results: improvements have been found in the experimental group, both in the professional and personal brand project, and in certain employability variables. [...]in the analysis of the change after completing the program, an SEM model has been found in which the assistance to the program has a significant direct standardized effect on the development of the project (ß = .0.25) and on job satisfaction (ß = .0.21), and indirectly in the rest of employability variables. Key Words: Career guidance, professional development, employment programs, program evaluation, marketing.
