Abstract
The purpose of this research is to examine the effects of clinical practices, which are used in teacher training and skill training, on self-efficacy perceptions of teachers. The participants of the study, which is performed with Solomon Four Groups Experimental Model, constitute 64 pre-school education teacher candidates at a state university. 'Teachers' Self Efficacy Scale" which is developed by Tschannen-Moran and Woolfolk-Hoy (2001) is used as the data collection tool. In analysis of data, parametric tests of independent samples t-test and one-way analysis of covariance was used. The experimental process lasted 14 weeks and clinical applications have been found to have positive effects on teacher candidates' self-efficacy perceptions. In addition, results, it also gives hints for contributing to teacher candidates in selection of teaching and learning strategies, ensuring the participation of students and classroom management.

Bu arajtirmanin amaci, ögretmen egitimi sürecinde beceri egitiminde kullanilan klinik uygulamalarin ögretmen adaylarinin özyeterlik algilarina etkisini incelemektir. Solomon Dört Gruplu deneysel model ile gerçekleçtirilen bu araçtirmanin çaliçma grubunu bir devlet üniversitesinde okul öncesi egitimi ana bilim dali 4. sinifta ögrenim gören 64 ögretmen adayi oluçturmaktadir. Araçtirmada veri toplama araci olarak Tschannen-Moran ve Woolfolk-Hoy (2001) tarafindan geliçtirilen "Ögretmen Özyeterlik Ôlçegi" kullanilmi§tir. Verilerin analizinde parametrik testlerden bagimsiz gruplar t-testi ve tek faktörlü kovaryans analizi kullanilmiçtir. Deneysel içlemin 14 hafta sürdügü araçtirma sonucunda klinik uygulamalarin ögretmen adaylarinin özyeterlik algilarina olumlu yönde etki ettigi tespit edilmiçtir. Ayrica sonuçlar, ögretmen adaylarina ögretim stratejilerinin seçiminde, ögrenci katilimini saglamada ve sinif yönetiminde katkilar sagladigina yönelik de ipuçlari vermektedir.
Introduction
In teacher training, it is emphasized for candidate teachers to start profession after gaining the necessary knowledge, skills and values. It is also stated that main problem in teacher training is not to practice acquired pre-service knowledge and skills (Darling-Hammond & Bransford, 2005; Hammerness, 2006; Korthagen, 2011).
